Northern Beaches Mediation offers individuals, couples and families support when at their most vulnerable during separation and divorce. The business, operating from the heart of Mona Vale, has been part of the Northern Beaches landscape for more than twenty years. Lidy's specialty is working with couples and families both within a counselling setting as well as within an educational setting as she now shares passionately what she has discovered about relationships to anyone who is ready to stop and listen. Lidy also works as a Family Law Mediator working with couples who believe that it's time to end their relationship. As Lidy's first priority is always to determine if the relationship really is over she has developed a unique program called "A Healing Separation" for those who feel they are not quite into their relationship anymore but who haven't yet decided that they're out of it. Having been in practice for nearly thirty years her many qualifications include Counselling, Coaching, Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Transactional Analysis and NLP. She also happily boasts having been in her current relationship for almost as long whilst raising her four children now all adults living their own successful lives. During her professional life Lidy has been a Teacher, Presenter and Writer and now has become published as an Author of her first book:

The practice also offers, through an Associate Psychologist Fiona MacGregor, counselling for individuals with Mental Health Issues. Fiona is well-qualified to work with a number of problems, including Anxiety and Depression, and as a Clinical Psychologist is able to offer our clients Medicare rebates at the highest level.
