This seasonal gathering is designed to honour the natural rhythm of the body as we move from winter’s solitude into the renewal of spring.
In Chinese medicine, spring is a time of upward and outward movement that call for growth, expansion and clarity.
Through the combination of meditation and acupuncture, you’ll be guided inward to cultivate and restore harmonious Qi, before preparing the body and mind to embrace the vitality of spring.
