Our word of 2026 is 'permission'.

Permission to ask the questions you need.
Permission to change your mind and change it again.
Permission to feel more than one thing at once.
Permission to put yourself first.
Permission to pause.

Because at Create Fertility, your wellbeing matters as much as the outcome.

Let us know in the comments what your word for 2026 is.

Did you know there are two types of PRP used in fertility treatment?🩸Each has a different purpose, one supports the ovaries, the other supports the uterus.

The most important thing to do on a fertility journey is to look after yourself . If you need a break for a month, it will very likely make no difference to your chances when you return to it. Your wellbeing comes first, always 💕

Most patients never see this part, but it’s important you know who’s here with you on your journey 👩🏼‍⚕️

While you’re in theatre, your eggs come straight to the lab where our embryologist gently checks, counts and prepares them to then either be frozen or fertilised.

Beginning a fertility journey can feel like stepping into the unknown. The good news? You don’t have to figure it out on your own. Usually the first three steps include:

1️⃣ A chat with your GP about a referral

2️⃣ Sharing your story with us at your first appointment

3️⃣ Planning the best pathway and support together

At Create Fertility, we’ll guide you through each step 💛

Before we talk fertility treatment, we take time to understand your hormones, cycles, s***m health and overall wellbeing.

These checks help us map out the safest, most effective pathway and make sure we’re supporting your chances from the very beginning 💛

Every fertility journey is different. Your doctor will guide you through the tests you need, and what they mean for you.

One of the most challenging parts of endometriosis is that, for some, there are no signs at all. No pain. No warning. Fertility struggles become the first clue something deeper is going on. It’s an invisible barrier, and it’s incredibly tough.

When we meet someone in that situation, it breaks our heart. Our priority is to understand what’s really going on, not to jump straight to treatment, but to look for the root cause early and give them back a sense of direction.

Everyone deserves the best chance to build the family they’ve been dreaming of, and we’re here to help make that path clearer, sooner 💕

Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) is one of the tools we use to understand ovarian reserve, essentially, an estimate of how many eggs you may have remaining.

It’s important to note, AMH doesn’t tell the whole story. It reflects quantity, not quality. However, it can be a helpful starting point for understanding your fertility and planning next steps.

Whether you’re thinking about trying now or simply wanting clarity for the future, knowing your AMH level can help you move forward with confidence 💛

Whenever you are ready to explore your fertility, we are here for you.
