What does it feel like?

When we are so immersed in what we think it means to be an adult, we can quickly forget about the child inside each one of us, and the qualities of innocence, exploration, and pure joy.

Feeling grateful that Monash has so many pockets of natural reserve to explore.
I had an hour of time that could have easily been filled with DOING, but what I really needed to feel was my BEING.
When will you grab some snippets of time to literally stop and smell the roses? Or daisies? Or eucalypts?
When we doubt ourselves, we limit our potential.
🫶 Caveat your "I can't" with an "I can't - YET!" 🫶

Perseverance (and, in my case, stubbornness) helps keep you on track towards your goals.
.

Not exactly elegant, and the intensity on my face is a little alarming, but I'm owning it!
.
Now, to be clear: my yoga classes do NOT include intense inversions like handstands, headstands or shoulder stands. This is just me poking fun at myself, (and a little surprised I didn't land on my scone!)
.
Instead, I will show you how to control your breath, move your body safely according to your build, ability and experience, and guide you through stress-busting mindfulness and meditation techniques. But sure, we'll work on upper body strength, too!
