Moon and Soul Monbulk Update

We’ve recently closed our Moon and Soul retail space in Monbulk to focus on the thriving healing side of our business. The retail space was often unoccupied due to high demand for our healing services, so we’ve made the exciting decision to relocate the business to our home in Monbulk. We’re working to have everything up and running by the end of the year, and I’m deeply grateful to create a beautiful, nurturing space where I can work while being present for my children.

Ritual Invitation.....

It’s been a quiet season for me, filled with transitions and transformation. As many of you know, I’ve closed my Monbulk shop and am gently weaving my way toward creating a new studio space. This shift has been a call to bring my magick back to the land, a process teaching me patience and trust as it unfolds.Recently, a dear friend reached out, craving a ritual, and I felt the same stir in my heart—perhaps you’re feeling it too? I’m excited to announce a small, intimate ritual gathering at my home in Monbulk, by the fireside. While the theme is likely to center on release, it will evolve as the energy guides us. The gathering will be on Monday, July 7th at 10am, with a contribution of $20. Let’s make it a potluck—bring a small plate to share!

As a woman in my 40s I know the sting of realising how much we have been fed lies and poison. Lies and poison that has kept us disconnected from the magic of our bodies and our cycles.
Our generation was put on the pill as soon as we bled. I was only 14 when the hormonal pill was given to me as my answer to long heavy periods that exhausted me.
I now know, that as a sensitive girl, I needed support and guidance to be encouraged to rest. I needed support and guidance around nutrition to sustain me during my bleeds. Our mothers were not supported or educated to teach us this. The learnings had been long lost to our lines. So we have suffered. It is a beautiful thing to see and hear of mothers changing this story, as I am with my daughter. To see young women living in sync with their cycles is precious. But I do feel a grief. A grief that I missed the opportunity in this lifetime for that part of me to be fully integrated. I feel an anger that this was stolen from me by a patriarchal history, along with herstory.
I am sure there are many women in their 40s navigating hormonal changes, wishing we could of leant into the teachings of our cycles as younger women. Feeling lost in this new stage. Lost.
Yet knowing, that with lost, comes finding. Uncovering. Reclaiming. Hope. Light.
Patience. Sitting in this space feels deep. It's deep. Huge. It's a rite of passage. We only have 4 in our lifetime. Spring, summer, autumn and winter. I am moving towards my Autumn, leaning into how this feels, allowing for its unfolding. Slowly, gently and with grace. Some days with fire, mess and feralness. The fire, the mess and the feral being the hardest to embrace and allow freedom to be expressed. I reclaim my voice, my heart, my courage and my wild soul as I walk this path. Knowing not what waits, yet opening my heart to it all.

🖤 Tired mum moment, Wild Soul.

I’ve been feeling drained, and my shadows—like impatience—are showing up. Autumn’s energy and the Ta**us Moon remind me to slow down, align with the season’s call to shed what doesn’t serve.

I sat with my journal today, under the waning moon cycle, asking, “What’s this tiredness teaching me?” It whispered: I need to soften. I danced in my heart, letting the exhaustion be, rooted in the earth’s embrace.

Spiritual mums, let’s hold space for our shadows. What’s the waning moon cycle revealing for you as autumn deepens?

Summer felt so expansive to me.
I felt so much. Tapping into the energy of the earth and asking her for guidance. Feeling her, feeling me.

I felt. All of it.

The warmth awakening parts of me that’s had felt dormant. Awakening playfulness, and the ability to sink into the rejuvenation of summer. The sensual entanglement with life itself.

Expansion is a reclamation of your true essence. Leaning into the parts of us that we left behind to fit into a broken world.

These summer months have left me with a fullness, and now a need to shed. This feeling of brimming over at the edges, a release of what no longer serves beckoning. With Autumn here, and winter coming, the internal calling to allow that which no longer serves to spill over and dissolve. To be open to what needs to be seen, heard and felt, to alchemise.

With the tuning of the seasons, in a felt way not necessarily when the calender says, we follow the body, we follow the earth, we call to spirit, hold me while I release, I am grateful.

This is the way of the Wild Souls, in touch, in tune, in remembrance, in love ❤️

When my feet touch the earth the sacredness of the great mother goddess, touches me back. Holding me in her wise expansive embrace. Safe and strong, soft and comforting. Mother.

We have long lost our connection and reverence to the earth. Yet we are coming home to her. Woman by woman.

As we connect back into our wombs, cycles, the stars.....we connect into the ancient feminine arts and heal ourselves. As we sit in reverence on the earth, smell the flowers, watch the bees..... we connect to the beauty and creative force that is the earth's magic.

She holds us, we must remember what it is to hold her back.

I am here is service as a Guide to the Wild Souls, to bring us home to our connection to Goddess, and in turn our own unique and wild essence.
