Heart Jewel is the essential daily practice within Kadampa Buddhism. It helps us receive the inner strength, protection, and inspiration we need to deepen meditation and approach life with greater confidence and joy.

Tonight’s session is a chance to discover, or deepen, this precious practice through teaching and guided meditation.

7–8:15pm • KMC Australia (Dandenong Ranges)

“By practising this sadhana regularly and sincerely… we will definitely reap a harvest of pure Dharma realizations.” - Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

Dreams & Their Meaning 🌙✨
The Significance of Dreams in Buddhism | Sat 2 May 2026

Our dreams may be blissful, mundane, or even frightening, but they can also be meaningful. Buddha’s teachings show us how to use dream experiences to gain important insights into our life.

Through understanding and realizing the dreamlike nature of reality, we can solve our problems, reduce our fears, and experience lasting peace and happiness.

Join Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Rabten for this meditation workshop and learn about Buddhist teachings and meditations for seeing the dreaming mind as a spiritual teacher.

Each session includes a brief teaching and guided meditation. Suitable for all levels - everyone is welcome 🤍

Inner Peace in the Digital Age ✨

We live in a fast paced world filled with distractions, constant notifications, and endless comparisons. It is easy to feel overwhelmed, restless, and disconnected from ourselves.

But peace is not something we find by switching off the world. It is something we discover by changing the way we relate to it. Buddha’s timeless wisdom shows us how to remain calm and centred, no matter what is happening around us.

In this course, learn how to step back from mental busyness, quiet the inner noise, and reconnect with a naturally peaceful mind. Through simple meditations and practical insights, discover how to live with greater clarity, focus, and joy in everyday life! Join us for this meditation workshop with Natalie, 25th April - KMC Melbourne | Nightingale Wurru Wurru Biik Unit 104, 219 Albion St, Brunswick.

Love Changes Everything: How to Transform Yourself & the World Around You.

Each of us wants to be happy and free from emotional pain, yet this can feel difficult in everyday relationships. Love is not just something we hope for, it is a skill we can learn and practise.

This course explores practical and inspiring ways to develop love, compassion, and genuine care for others, including how to respond wisely to challenging people and situations. By cherishing others more deeply, we naturally reduce conflict and strengthen our relationships.

As peace and love grow in our hearts, we develop patience, empathy, acceptance, and kindness. These qualities not only improve how we relate to others, but also help us feel happier, more confident, and more at ease within ourselves.
