Have you started to notice a neck hump?
More than just a bump, neck hump posture can be a telltale sign of pain, stiffness and limited movement.
It usually means you have:
➡️a combination of tight posterior neck muscles and weak back muscles
➡️weakness in neck flexors and tight chest muscles
➡️ there may be some early signs of osteoarthritis or joint damage
How do you fix this-

🌟 Release your upper neck muscles and chest with stretches
🌟Perform chin retraction exercises
🌟 Strengthen your back muscles
🌟 improve your sleeping posture
Sometimes neck hu***ng is due to early osteoarthritis in the neck- we can organise an X-ray and check this for you.
