Flow Through Yoga is a beautiful large space with polished floor boards and an urban feel. Weβve created a beautiful, peaceful vibe that makes the space a pleasure to be in.
At Flow Through Yoga we offer individualised facilitation of a very potent practice that has the capacity to transform lives. Receive personalised, hands on instruction that accommodates your body at the level you are at. Students receive a progressive practice and are less likely to accrue repetitive strains because we get to know you and your body. You also receive massage during relaxation.
Yoga creates an effective way to release stress and become attuned to your body. Mindfulness coaching and breath work assists students to quieten their minds and feel content with who they are right now, rather than who they think they should be. It is only when the mind is quiet that we can start to tap in to the quieter messages sent by the body and soul.
