I’ve spent a long time teaching my nervous system how to feel safe in my own body again. 🌿
Not through a quick fix or a single breakthrough, but by slowly, gently, learning how to stay with what hurt.
Pain. Shame. Fear.
Breathing through it.
Letting it move.
Letting it soften.
I didn’t plan to become a facilitator.
I just knew I couldn’t keep running.
So I studied all the different things.. Kinesiology, energy healing, bodywork, somatic breathwork and cannabyss-assisted healing… because I needed them to survive.
My body has held things I didn’t have words for. It still does, sometimes.
And I’m still learning how to listen.
Now, I walk with others, not because I have it all figured out, but because I know how powerful it is to not do it alone.
Sometimes talk isn’t enough.
Sometimes the body needs to speak.. and be listened to.
