We are a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)-approved service provider, specialising in Short-Term (Respite), Medium-Term, and Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodations for individuals with disabilities. Our highly trained disability support workers deliver best-practice care 24/7 to our clients.
We currently operate two residences in the St. George area and are seeking participants to fill existing vacancies in both houses.
Our Monterey residence, a single-storey house located at 33 Bath Street, Monterey, NSW 2217, with four spacious bedrooms (fully furnished, with the option for redecoration to suit individual client needs), two wheelchair-accessible bathrooms, a sizable front yard with seating areas, and a large backyard featuring barbecue facilities and various recreational activities such as gardening, sports, and table tennis.
Our second residence, situated at 23 Ocean Street, Kogarah, NSW 2217, is a charming, single-storey Victorian-style house. This 'graceful Victorian residence of comfort and quality' seamlessly blends traditional character with modern touches, nestled in a quiet street within walking distance of Kogarah Town Centre and St George Hospital. The residence features five spacious bedrooms, formal living areas with marble fireplaces, an open-plan kitchen and dining space, and a conservatory-style dining area with French doors opening onto a sunlight-filled entertaining terrace and garden. The property also includes two large, heritage-style bathrooms (one with a spacious bathtub featuring gold accents) and a substantial backyard ideal for gardening or relaxation.
Our primary objective is to create harmonious and supportive living environments by carefully matching compatible housemates. We strive to empower our clients to live independently, make choices, and receive tailored support, thereby fostering a sense of confidence, security, and safety. We are committed to delivering consistent, high-quality services and creating 'another safe home' for our clients.
While both residences offer four to five bedrooms, our placement decisions are guided by the unique needs and requirements of each client.
