Relaxing Body and Mind

I am passionate about helping people lead a calm and stress-free life. I want to teach you what I have learnt through professional study and personal experience about meditation and relaxation. That's why I created Inner Calm Meditation.

I am a qualified meditation teacher and hold an Associate’s Degree in Counselling Skills. This allows me to have a deeper understanding of the psychological and physiological effects that stress can have on the mind and the body. That’s why Inner Calm Meditation takes a holistic approach to relaxation. I combine a massage in a zero-gravity massage chair with a guided meditation to relax both your mind and body. When the body relaxes, the mind follows suit.

When I'm not helping clients on guided meditation sessions, I'm no different to the millions of parents around the country. Juggling family and work duties while looking to carve out a little slice of the day or week that can be me time. It's not always easy and just like you I can find it overwhelming at times. With one teenager, and one pre-teen the stress in my home can often be quite high so finding me time to recharge is a priority.

What does me time look like for me? It’s spending time with my two daughters, my husband, our dog, and our cat. I also enjoy a good binge-watching session on the couch and often combine that with crocheting. Catching up with friends for a night out or a meal allows me some time away from my family when I have the time.
