​We work closely with adults (18yo+) who present with a variety of complex health issues & needs such as: Orthopaedic, Neurological (acquired and congenital), Conversional disorders, Chronic disease, Palliative care, Degenerative disorders, Cardiac and Respiratory, Obesity, General surgical/medical, Aged care, Acquired brain injury, Mental health issues, Challenging behaviours and complex pressure care needs.
