Moreton Bay council have heaps of great things on. I joined the Art after Dark ink and pastel life drawing class with my daughter last Friday night and had a fantastic time, after getting over the shock of what life drawing actually means 🙀Anyway, they also put on my 2 chair yoga classes, so thanks for the fun stuff MBCC.
Monday Bribie Island Chair Yoga 8:30am
Tuesday Caboolture Chair Yoga 9:30am
Both classes are full to overflowing, so no longer accepting new participants.

I went for a look-see around Brisbane on a guided walk from City Hall with one of my high school friends recently; and, yes, that is MY foot stepping onto the Sky Walk 23 floors up from the South East Freeway.

Maybe plan something new and different for a couple of weeks after this week's Healthy and Active Moreton Chair Yoga classes, while we break for the school holidays:

Monday 30/3 Bribie Island Chair Yoga 8:30am $4.
Tuesday 31/3 Caboolture Chair Yoga 9:30am $4.
We're back on 20/4 for Bribie and 21/4 for Caboolture.

PS I put my whole 2 feet on that Sky Walk, which was really cool, but I didn't get a piccy of that.
