15/12/2021
To our valued Community, please see the below announcements regarding our plans moving forward in 2022.
๐ Please continue to check in using our QR code before entering the clinic.
๐ We are currently overbooked for January, 2022, therefore we are not opening our bookings to any new patients for the month of January. This will be reviewed for February.
๐ For January, we request that any existing patients who have not received two doses of COVID-19 vaccination call to arrange their appointments. We are encouraging Telehealth at this time, although we are aware that certain elements of urgent care must be attended in person.
Please do not book online if you are unvaccinated, instead, we request to speak with you first to discuss your health care needs and arrange the safest options for your care.
๐ All vaccinated patients will be required to show proof of vaccination at the front desk. This will be requested when you check in for your appointment. Your vaccination status will be updated on your confidential medical file.
๐ As per current health directives, all patients and staff are required to be wearing a mask prior to entering the clinic, and for the duration of time spent inside NCWHC. Please bring your own mask, or in the event you are without one, please call ahead so that we can arrange one for you. We will have a limited number of spare masks available.
If you have an exception for mask wearing, please notify us in advance so that we can plan your appointment safely.
๐ If you are experiencing any symptoms such as, but not limited to; fever, cough, fatigue, breathing difficulties, please donโt come in. Instead, call us to either re-book or if suitable, change to a telephone consult.
๐ Another reminder that we are solely a Womenโs Health Clinic providing care for Womenโs Health Issues only. Please consider whether your health concerns are relative to this speciality before booking. As always, our admin and nursing staff are happy to discuss this over the phone prior to making a booking if you are unsure.
The Team at North Coast Womenโs Health Centre would like to share our deepest thanks to our community. As always, thank you for the generous donations that help keep us afloat and able to provide bulk-billed health care to those in need. And, in these times, thank you for your patience and understanding as we review and manage the way our clinic functions in order to provide ongoing accessible care in the safest possible way.
We will share further updates via our page and our website so please follow along for these, and donโt hesitate to call during office hours or email when we are closed.
An update with our Holiday clinic hours to follow.
Best Wishes,
The Team at North Coast Womenโs Health Centre
