Tight muscle? Here’s a simple trick to help release it at home:
🎯 Find the sore spot
🤲 Apply gentle pressure (not too hard)
⏳ Hold it there until the pain eases and you just feel the pressure
This works for most muscles in the body. For those harder-to-reach spots, grab a lacrosse or massage ball, place it over the area, and lean into a wall to apply the same pressure.
Your body will thank you.
