Melissa's Body Balance Massage Hi! I’m Melissa, a very warm and nurturing soul who loves to make others comfortable. It just makes such a big difference to look after yourself!

I found my passion when I discovered Remedial Massage, Mindfulness and Reiki and use all three in my sessions with pregnant and postnatal women. I used to be a Primary school teacher but only lasted 6 years in the education world before retraining in Remedial Massage, where I’ve stayed since 2009. One of my core values is to always improve in education, both mine and my clients, and I’m always lea

rning something new to offer my clients. What I really do is help women reconnect to their bodies and feel great there! A lot of women come to me feeling achey, sore, in pain or general discomfort and they often float out, feeling light, calm and reconnected to themselves. I believe women should feel great while travelling through this amazing stage of their lives and a big part of that is the level of self-care. The real reason I do this is because I didn’t always give that level of self-care to myself. When I did, I felt great, but other times I felt overwhelmed, worn out, achey, in pain or stressed. Big news!!

Soon the clinic space will be moving 💃🏽

In just over a week, I’ll be moving to Niddre, leaving Moonee Ponds behind. The new space already has two Exercise Physiologists and an Osteo, and is located right next to a gym. There’s plenty of parking and I’ll have more days available 💖

The new address is 553 Keilor Rd, Niddre, the house on the side of Fox Fitness.

All this week I’ll be setting up the space, getting it ready for you to visit.
