In this three-hour, hands-on workshop, Samantha will guide you through the essential techniques and body awareness needed to balance with strength, steadiness, and ease. Together, we’ll break down the building blocks of Bakasana (Crow Pose) before progressing into Side Crow (Parsva Bakasana) and One-Legged Crow (Eka Pada Bakasana)
You’ll learn step-by-step alignment principles, how to activate and strengthen key muscle groups, and how to use props to support your journey toward lift-off.
