Empowering Lives Through Increased NDIS Funding and Support🫶

We are excited to share that the Australian government has committed to substantial increases in funding for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This significant boost in resources is a testament to our nation's dedication to supporting individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive the necessary support to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

What This Means for NDIS Participants:

1. Enhanced Quality of Care🌟: Additional resources will enable service providers to improve the quality of care and support they offer. This means better training for staff, more innovative solutions, and higher standards across the board. The NDIS News highlights the 2024 budget provisions that include significant investments in workforce development and technology.

👩‍💼 Role Overview: As an Aged Care Case Manager, you'll coordinate and manage home care services for seniors with government-funded Home Care Packages. Make a positive impact by providing personalised care and support services.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client care needs and develop individualised care plans.
- Coordinate care services and maintain quality standards.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and families.
- Liaise with stakeholders to coordinate integrated care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team activities.

✅ Skills & Experience:
- Degree in social work, nursing, or allied health.
- Minimum 3 years' aged care and case management experience.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Act, Quality Standards, and My Aged Care.

- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

📝 Mandatory Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields.
- Current Driver’s License and own vehicle.
