SESSION DETAILS

Each booking includes 60 minutes total time, with 30–45 minutes recommended inside the sauna.
Start slow and build up your time and temperature as your body adapts.

✔ Sessions roll over to the next week/month as long as your membership remains active
✔ $12 for any extra sauna sessions purchased during your membership period
✔ Option to create recurring bookings to secure your preferred time slot

🌿 Just a Few of the Amazing Benefits of Regular Sauna Use 🌿

Relaxation • Recovery • Detoxification • Circulation • Stress Relief

To get the most benefit — safely — please follow these recommendations 👇

1️⃣ Session Duration
• Beginners: Start with 10–15 minutes
• Regular users: 20–40 minutes is generally safe
• Do not exceed 45 minutes per session

2️⃣ Frequency
• General wellness: 2–3 sessions per week
• Recovery, detox, or relaxation: up to 4–5 sessions weekly (as tolerated)
• Always listen to your body and adjust as needed

3️⃣ Hydration
• Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your session
• Add electrolytes if you sweat heavily

4️⃣ Temperature
• Typical range: 45–65°C
• Start lower and build up gradually as your body adapts

5️⃣ Aftercare
• Cool down slowly and let your body temperature normalise
• Shower when you get home to rinse off sweat and support detox
• Rest and rehydrate

6️⃣ Precautions

⚠️ Stop immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, or unwell
⚠️ Wait 1–2 hours after a heavy meal before using the sauna
⚠️ Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs before and during sauna use

“While I’m off pretending to be Greek for a couple of weeks 🇬🇷🍋🍷—soaking up the sunshine, enjoying endless souvlaki, and exploring cobblestone streets—KM Remedial Massage will be closed 1–19 October.

I’ll be back to reality (and back to treatments) on Monday 20 October 💆‍♀️💕. Book ahead so you don’t miss out when I return refreshed, recharged, and maybe just a little bit sunburnt 😅.

Don’t worry though—once I’m home, I’ll happily swap sipping ouzo for setting up the cupping set again 🤭🥂.
