I’ve noticed a recent surge in clients getting confused about their booking dates due to my busy schedule, so I wanted to provide a demonstration of how the online booking system works.
The system allows you to choose your preferred appointment type and duration, then it will automatically direct you to the next available date and time within your selected timeframe.
As shown in the images above, my next available 60-minute slot is on March 4th at 9:45 AM (11 days from now). You can also select other available days marked with green dots below, indicating open slots for your desired timeframe. After selecting your time, the system will prompt you to enter your card details during the booking process. If this isn’t completed within 10 minutes, the slot will be released and canceled. This measure helps prevent no-shows and late cancellations. Rest assured, payment information is encrypted, and we do not store any credit card details in Timely; we adhere to strict Payment Card Industry guidelines to ensure your card information remains secure. Your card will not be charged unless under the circumstances mentioned above, and by booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation text or email. New clients will need to fill out an online consultation form before their appointment to streamline our initial assessment. Reminder emails are sent 3 days before your appointment along with a reminder text the day prior. We all lead busy lives so these give clients ample opportunity to reschedule bookings if needed.
