What a lovely first week of being open in the new Studio Zen.

It has been a blessing to finally utilize this space and raise the energy frequency within it. 🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷🪷
Such a pleasure to welcome several new beautiful souls who opted to receive self-care through Reiki/Energy Healing - for the first time ever. 😊
It is always wonderful to notice the difference after the session, especially for someone who has never had an energy healing before. Of course, it can be a bit daunting if you've never experienced this type of healing, a leap of faith even. The after shot speaks for itself as the client floats on out with a whole new perspective, expanded awareness and a much fuller cup. 🧘
So, if you've been looking for a way to deeply relax, to give yourself time for self-care, or perhaps to let go of what may be stuck or ready to be released, then why not give yourself permission to receive.
Reiki is based on the Universal flow of Love energy which is really what we are......we are just remembering to come back into flow with that, to unlock the layers of stresses, tension, worries and issues that keep us locked in and unable to function with true joyfulness and alignment.

My journey with Reiki begun many moons ago. It has been an integral part of my spiritual awakening & unfoldment. I thoroughly enjoy offering these sessions which are now quite intuitive and often incorporate sound, colour and aromatherapy.

Studio Zen @ Collective Grace.....now open!
What a journey it's been. I love to create inviting spaces which are welcoming to the soul. The past few months has been such an opportunity to deck out the old shed at my place in Moonta and transform it into a little Zen Den with its own vibe. 😊🪷🖌️🧘‍♀️ Much planning, love, hammering and painting and here we are!
A fresh private space with much of the offering from the previous Therapy & Store in Moonta Main Street.
Heart Centered sessions are available once again for:

My life is my art, and I am the brushstroke of spirit
on the canvas of time.....

I just love this. Every time I say it or think it, I am expanded and reminded to open to the possibilities of life, the infinite potential we all have to create with broad brushstrokes on our own canvas...

A new part of the painting is unfolding for me to offer sessions to you. The little studio space is nearly complete. So looking forward to opening up again in a whole new form. Finishing touches in progress.....

Hello to All. I am so glad to be posting once again! As big transitions go it has been big! A beautiful and quite challenging holiday in Japan has shown this Island to be a polarity of all creation....from the sacred and mystical to the bright & crazy, Japan has so many flavors. I learned so much and walked so many steps! The takeaway would have to be the people themselves. Kind and respectful, considerate and caring. Not speaking the language, Arigatou Gozaimasu 'Thank you very much', with many bows, got me through.
I am so grateful for this opportunity and also came home with soooo much gratitude for all of the space we have here in beautiful Aussie Land...
So next chapter begins.....

Hello to All....
So .... Life is always on the move isn't it....and so is Collective Grace Therapies & Store... As from this week the beautiful store space in George Street Moonta is closed.
I am so very grateful for being able to prepare and offer this unique business in the heart of the Moonta township. It has been wonderful meeting both locals and visitors alike, sharing wellness information and giving people new ways of looking at their connection to their own health & wellness in alignment with their own journey.....
I have so enjoyed the transformative client therapy, healing work and meditation & self-development workshops that took place in this space, the light coming into the healing room created such an invitation which was welcomed by many.
So.....the shifts in energy are very strong right now and much is being stirred up for change. As we listen to that inner voice, we may be called to change it up, readjust, to let go of what is no longer in alignment, make that heart felt leap into somethings new.
That heart felt pull is what I am listening to as I evolve into a new way of being.
After a much-awaited trip away with my beautiful family I will be back on board with a whole new way of offering my gifts to support you on your journey to a deeper understanding of your true self....
I look forward to the unravelling so please watch this space...

Whilst away I’ve been very fortunate in visiting the Enki apothecary and cafe in Daylesford to view this amazing range. It was such an unexpected surprise to be in the area. You never know what life might bring!
