For the next five months, I’ll be offering telehealth only phone or video for sessions. I’ll definitely miss face to face sessions, but so glad to be staying connected virtually.

Looking forward to continuing together, just online for now. Face to face sessions will resume in late July early August.

Recent distressing events, such as those in Bondi, can have a strong emotional impact on people across all communities. Repeatedly watching distressing footage, can take a real toll. You may experience feelings of shock, increased anxiety, have trouble sleeping, irritability, find concentrating difficult, have a heightened sense of danger or experience nausea and children can be especially affected. If you or your child are feeling unsettled, limiting media exposure and seeking support can help. Support is available 24/7 at Lifeline (13 11 14), Mensline 1300789978, 13Yarn 139276 or Kids Helpline (1800 55 1800). You can find resources here for talking with children about violent events.
