Asking for help isn't easy, neither is having a care worker come into your home for the first time. Graeme says "Be prepared to let other people help. It's too easy to take it all on, and sort of put a barrier around yourselves."

Graeme's wife, Penny, has faced various health challenges throughout her life but stays positive. Thanks to Graeme and the support from Prestige carer, Sue, Penny can still get out and about and do the things she loves.
