Hello – I am Louise Pavlou-Harary, owner of White Lotus Remedial Therapy and Lou’s Lotus Gems. For more than 20 years I have dedicated my life to treating and healing in my role as a Remedial Massage and Sports Massage practi

tioner. I hold a Diploma in Health Science and Natural Medicine, and I am educated in Sports Exercise Therapy, Functional Anatomy, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Kinesiology 1-4 and Business Management. My remedial thesis covered pre and post-natal (pregnancy) massage – I am honoured to offer this as a specialty service. I grew up in a bustling house surrounded by powerful women who embraced and shared varied healing modalities. I was encouraged to develop my own intuition, which led to pursuing a scientific education in Sports Medicine. My education and my own journey fostered a firm belief that the energy systems of the body play an important part in one’s overall health and wellbeing The marriage of the scientific and the spiritual form the basis of my treatment style. I truly believe that every individual has all they need within to live their fullest potential; some, when in the darkest places, need only be offered support and guidance to be brought back to the light. This is where the healing journey begins. In my own process of healing, my deep connection to crystals blossomed into a genuine love affair and inspired my ongoing study of Gemmology. I use these organic gifts of the earth as tools to channel, program, and work with energies to awaken your healing potential. My respectful and positive intentions honour the properties each crystal holds. The First Full Moon of This 19-Year Cycle Arrives.

Friday, May 1st (AEST)

This is the first major lunar activation since the April 17 New Moon opened a new 19-year Metonic cycle — an astronomical reset where lunar phases realign with the calendar, marking the beginning of a long-term patterning field.

This Moon is not symbolic.

It is structural.

Scorpio Full Moons do not illuminate gently.

They expose.

They pull what has been operating beneath conscious awareness into full visibility — not for reflection, but for assessment.

Since April 17, you have set intentions.
You have declared direction.
You have identified the version of yourself you intend to become.

Now the system responds.

This Moon is measuring alignment.

Not what you want.
Not what you believe.

But how you have actually behaved in the two weeks since the cycle opened.

Where have you already:

defaulted back into old patterns
softened your discipline
negotiated with habits you said you were finished with

This is the data set being revealed.

Scorpio governs the unconscious architecture of the self.

The limbic system.
Emotional memory.
Conditioned response.

Under this Full Moon, these systems are heightened.

You are not imagining the intensity.
You are observing your own internal programming in real time.

What this Moon is coming for is the gap.

The distance between:

identity (who you say you are becoming)
and
behaviour (who you consistently show yourself to be)

That gap determines everything.

Because over time, behaviour stabilises into identity.

And identity defines trajectory.

This is not punishment.

This is calibration.

At the beginning of a 19-year cycle, there is always a point where the system checks for integrity.

If the foundation is unstable, it will be shown.

If the patterns are misaligned, they will surface.

Not to stop you —
but to ensure what you build can actually hold.

The Shadow is not darkness.

It is unprocessed information.

Old emotional coding.
Unresolved behavioural loops.

When it rises under Scorpio, it is not attacking you.

It is asking to be integrated — or consciously released.

If ignored → it repeats.
If seen → it can be restructured.

Friday is a threshold.

What you allow to pass through it will not disappear.

It will compound.

Reinforced patterns now become:

neurological pathways
behavioural defaults
long-term identity structures

This is how cycles are built.

So the question is direct:

Is the version of you that has shown up over the past two weeks
the one you are willing to live with for the next 19 years?

Because this Moon is not asking you to decide through intention.

It is asking you to decide through action.

Final point.

The universe is not responding to what you hope.

It is responding to what you repeat.

And what you repeat
is what you become.✨

MERCURY RETROGRADE IN PISCES.

February 26 to March 20, 2026.

The First Water Descent of the Year.

On February 26th, Mercury stations retrograde in Pisces.

From Earth, it appears to move backwards. Astronomically, it’s an optical illusion. Energetically, it is a recalibration of perception.

This is the first of three Mercury retrogrades in 2026 and all three occur in water signs.

Pisces.
Cancer.
Scorpio.

That is not random 2026 is emotionally karmic.

This year’s Mercury cycles are not primarily about logistical disruption. They are about emotional reckoning, spiritual maturation and boundary correction.

Mercury is the Messenger Between Worlds.

Mercury governs thought, speech, contracts, transport, media, technology, commerce and how we interpret reality.

In mythology, Mercury (Hermes) travelled freely between heaven, earth and the underworld. When ancient astrologers observed Mercury retrograde, they described it as the messenger descending into the underworld to retrieve lost or hidden information.

Psychologically, that still holds true.

Retrograde periods are not chaos cycles.

They are retrieval cycles.

They are review.

They are re-seeing.

Emotional & Spiritual Reckoning.

Pisces rules.
The subconscious.
Dreams.
Spirituality.
Collective grief.
Compassion.
Illusion.
Addiction.
Karmic residue.
Endings.

Because Pisces governs the unconscious, this retrograde is less about surface level confusion and more about emotional cleanup.

You may feel.
Old wounds resurfacing.
Memories replaying.
Buried feelings emerging.
Emotional exhaustion.
Heightened empathy.
Increased psychic impressions.

This is deep reflection.

This is healing through awareness.

Mercury is considered in its “fall” in Pisces meaning linear logic is not strong here. Facts blur. Boundaries soften. Clarity can feel slippery.

Distinguishing intuition from fantasy becomes essential.

Intuition is calm.
Fantasy is charged.

If something feels dramatic, urgent or romanticised pause.

Relationships & Nostalgia.

Mercury stations closely conjunct Venus in Pisces, and aligns again with Venus on February 28.

This brings themes of.
Love.
Self worth.
Money.
Creative expression.
Romantic memory.

The past may return.

Ex-partners, old friends, unfinished emotional conversations.

But not always for reunion.

Often for closure.

Pisces can romanticise what was not healthy. Rose coloured reflection is common under this influence.

Boundaries are essential.

This is a time for.
Vulnerable, honest conversations.
Revisiting emotional standards.
Reassessing where you gave too much.
Soft reconciliations or gentle dissolutions

Not dramatic endings, clear ones.

Communication & Productivity Shifts.

The retrograde keyword is “Re.”
Revisit.
Revise.
Review.
Repair.
Reflect.

This is not a favourable window for.
Rushing major contracts.
Impulsive financial commitments.
Launching large new ventures.
Making emotionally charged decisions.

Miscommunications are likely. Signals can be vague. People may assume rather than clarify.

Be direct.

Read twice.

Pause before posting.

However, creatively this is powerful.

Pisces energy supports.
Writing.
Music.
Art.
Film.
Spiritual work.
Creative problem solving.

Logic may struggle.

Imagination thrives.

Major Astrological Intersections.

This retrograde occurs during an eclipse corridor.

A Lunar Eclipse in Virgo occurs March 3.

Virgo governs detail, order and discernment, directly opposing Pisces.

This creates tension between illusion and clarity.

Between surrender and precision.

Expect fated feeling shifts.

March 17 is particularly pivotal, as the North Node of Destiny aligns with the retrograde energy.

Karmic themes may surface.

Fated conversations.

Destined closures.

Situations that feel larger than personal preference.

This is not a casual retrograde.

It carries weight.

The Collective Layer.

Pisces governs what is hidden behind the veil.

Mercury retrograde pulls that veil back slowly.

Collectively we may see.
Scandals surfacing.
Emotional truths rising.
Narrative rewrites.
Institutions questioned.
Spiritual discourse increasing.

Water does not reveal sharply.

It blurs first.

Confusion may precede revelation.

That is part of purification.

As a Medium.

Pisces retrogrades thin the veil.

Dreams intensify.

Synchronicities increase.

Spirit communication can feel heightened.

But discernment is essential.

If guidance feels frantic, it is not guidance.

True messages arrive steady.

This is a powerful time for.
Dream journaling.
Meditation.
Automatic writing.
Emotional forgiveness work.
Clearing ancestral residue.

Not escapism.

Not avoidance.

Not bypassing.

The Shadow.

Pisces ungrounded can manifest as,
Escapism.
Addictive tendencies.
Emotional overwhelm.
Spiritual delusion.
Avoiding difficult truths.
Blurred personal boundaries.

Stay grounded.

Water must be contained to be healing.

Who Feels This Most?
Gemini.
Virgo.
Sagittarius.
Pisces.

And anyone with strong personal planets in mutable signs.

This retrograde touches mutable energy deeply, adaptability is required.

How To Navigate.

Recommended.
Review contracts.
Reconnect with old friends.
Finish unfinished projects.
Journal nightly.
Track dreams.
Meditate.
Reassess emotional boundaries.

Not recommended.
Major impulsive commitments.
Signing significant new contracts without review.
Large emotional decisions made in reaction.
Launching something without refinement.

Clarity returns after March 20.

Wisdom arrives during.

Pay attention to what resurfaces. It is not random.

This is the first water descent of 2026.

The year is not asking us to move faster.

It is asking us to feel deeper.

Mercury retrograde in Pisces is not here to punish you.

It is here to dissolve illusion.

The mind is shedding.

The heart is reorganising.

The collective is clearing emotional backlog.

Mercury does not abandon us when he retrogrades.

He simply turns the message inward first.

And when he moves direct, we speak from a truer place.

Justine. ✨

New Moon in Sagittarius: the Last New Moon of 2025

On December 19, 2025, 8:43 PM EST, we experience the last New Moon of the calendar year, happening at 28º24’ of the sign of Sagittarius. This event is an invitation to renovate our commitment to living authentically and following our true path. As the final New Moon of 2025, it is a wonderful opportunity to set intentions for the year ahead and attune to the frequency we want to invite into our lives during 2026 and beyond.

The New Moon in Sagittarius is especially significant for people born with planets or angles in the late degrees of Mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, and Pisces) as well as those born with personal placement in the early degrees of Cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn). The individuals personally impacted by this New Moon are experiencing a significant new beginning in one or more areas of their lives: they are being asked to embrace change, explore new paths and possibilities, and take bold steps toward growth.

The Last New Moon of 2025: Setting Intentions for the Year Ahead

New Moons are always opportunities to start fresh, plant seeds, and set intentions for the future. At this time of the month, the Sun and the Moon meet on the same degree of the same Zodiac sign, forming what is technically known as a conjunction, a 0º angle from our perspective on Earth. The Moon is still invisible from our perspective. However, she will slowly become visible again in the upcoming days, glowing more and more throughout the next two weeks, until the Full Moon occurs.

After the New Moon, the momentum gradually rises. In the upcoming days, the invitation for us is to take spontaneous action on the intentions we set and make adjustments as we move forward.

As 2025 is coming to an end, this New Moon offers us a valuable opportunity to reflect on the energy we want to invite into our lives during the calendar year that is about to start. In Sagittarius, the New Moon emphasizes the importance of being authentic, honest, and sincere. This event invites us to reconnect with the parts of ourselves that long for expansion, growth, and new adventures. The New Moon in Sagittarius asks us to look beyond familiar horizons and pursue what feels meaningful rather than staying stuck in what feels comfortable.

New Moon in Sagittarius: Renovating our Beliefs About What’s Possible

Sagittarius energy is driven toward inner and outer expansion, motivated by a hunger for meaning and a desire to experience life in its fullest expression. Planets in this sign push us beyond the familiar, ask us to question the stories we tell ourselves, and inspire us to pursue the visions that light us up. Sagittarius encourages us to risk leaving behind what is secure in order to discover what is true.

The last New Moon of 2025 is an invitation to renovate our beliefs about what is possible for us. As the calendar year comes to a close, we are being asked to take risks on ourselves, speak our truth, and follow the direction that calls us, even if we are scared. The New Moon in the sign of the Centaur is an invitation to dream boldly and trust that the path will reveal itself after we have taken the first steps. This event highlights the importance of following our inner guidance and trusting the whispers of our intuition.

New Moon conjunct Venus and Mars

The Sun and the New Moon in Sagittarius are conjunct both Venus in Sagittarius and Mars in Capricorn, and they square Saturn and Neptune in Pisces. With both relationship planets conjunct the New Moon, relationship themes are likely to be an important area of focus in the upcoming weeks.

Venus’s conjunction to the Sun and the Moon supports our desire to strengthen our bonds with people we feel free to be ourselves with and cultivate genuine intimacy. This alignment encourages us to open our hearts wider and share who we are with honesty and generosity.

At the same time, Mars’ activation urges us to take action and pursue what we want rather than wait for circumstances to shift on their own. Mars is already in the early degrees of Capricorn: his proximity to the Sun and the Moon supports our efforts in accessing more courage, resilience, and determination.

New Moon square Saturn and Neptune

With the luminaries squaring both Saturn and Neptune in the late degrees of Pisces, we are likely to be particularly aware of the gap between our dreams and our current reality, as well as of the places where our vision becomes blurry as we attempt to take practical and consistent steps forward.

The square to Saturn and Neptune can exacerbate old insecurities as well as tendencies to doubt ourselves, repress our emotions, and ignore our needs. It can highlight boundary issues as well as challenges discerning between our own emotions and what we are picking up from the environment.

Saturn and Neptune have been conjunct in Pisces and Aries for most of the year, and they are still in the closing phase of their current cycle. This conjunction indicates that, collectively, we are in a phase of closure and completion: we need to let go of the old before we can transition into the new. Throughout the upcoming weeks, the Saturn-Neptune conjunction will continue to dissolve structures that no longer have purpose and reveal truths we have avoided confronting.

New Moon quincunx Uranus, Jupiter trine Saturn and Neptune, quincunx Venus

The Sun and the New Moon in Sagittarius are forming a quincunx or inconjunct aspect with Uranus in Ta**us. This alignment adds more unpredictability to the upcoming lunar month and could exacerbate chronic conflicts that tend to be in the background of our lives. Quincunxes are aspects of paradox and incompatibility between contrasting needs and desires: Uranus’s activation can challenge our sense of stability and security and encourage us to question our priorities. We are being asked to adjust and recalibrate our approach and find a way to honor both our desire for freedom and our need for grounding.

Meanwhile, Jupiter, the ruler of the New Moon, is in Cancer, forming a trine with Saturn and Neptune in Pisces and a quincunx with Venus in Sagittarius. The trine to Saturn and Neptune helps us integrate lessons from the past and navigate life with a good dose of both optimism and realism. The alignment of Jupiter, Saturn, and Neptune in Water signs supports our capacity to relate with our emotions as teachers and access deep empathy and compassion for the people around us.

The Venus-Jupiter quincunx can bring our attention toward subtle tendencies to over give or overdo for others in a way that leaves us depleted or drained. This alignment asks for intentional adjustments in how we give and receive love and invites us to deepen our inquiry about what we truly value.

New Moon in Sagittarius 2025: Pursuing Inner Expansion

The last New Moon of 2025 encourages us to stop apologizing for who we are and what we want, and welcome this new chapter with open arms and an open heart. This is an invitation to strengthen our faith in the Universe and allow optimism to guide us into the new calendar year. As 2025 comes to a close, we have an opportunity to connect with the deeper meaning and purpose behind our choices and desires and open ourselves up to new possibilities.

This New Moon reminds us that true expansion begins within, through the inner shifts that allow us to see ourselves and the bigger picture of our lives from a new perspective. Inner expansion happens when we give ourselves permission to dream big, despite previous disappointing experiences, when we keep cultivating trust in life. This New Moon reminds us to have faith in the unfolding of our journey, even if we don’t yet clearly see where we are headed, and motivates us to pursue the kind of growth that transforms our lives from the inside out.

The portals of 2026 are opening, and the path ahead is glowing with new possibility. Step into the energies, lessons, and soul-aligned transformations this new year is preparing for you.
