A JOURNEY OF YOGA, DEVOTION & SELF-HEALING IN THE YOGA CAPITAL OF THE WORLD

Your journey to stillness begins here.

After a month of sharing the Art of Self-Healing in Australia, Shailendra, founder of the Vedic Yoga Centre in Rishikesh, is inviting Australians to join him at his Retreat Centre in Rishikesh for a 14-day spiritual journey.

Two retreat options align with sacred celebrations:

* SHIVRATRI - celebrating the birth of Lord Shiva (Feb 8–22, 2026) or
* HOLI - the festival of colour and love (Feb 22–Mar 8, 2026)

EACH DAY OFFERS:
• Morning hatha yoga and afternoon kriya practice
• Evening kirtan and satsang

SPECIAL OCCASIONS INCLUDE:
• A healing fire ceremony on arrival
• Philosophical discussions and Q&A
• Visits to sacred sites like Vashishta Cave, Dev Prayag, and Kunjapuri Temple

PRICE: AU$2,200, which includes:
• 14-night accommodation in standard rooms
• Three Ayurvedic vegetarian meals per day
• Airport transfers
• Welcome healing fire ceremony
• Daily morning and afternoon yoga classes

WEEK 4 COMPLETED, and SHAILENDRA RETURNS HOME 😢😢😢

Our final week was celebrated with classes at Gin Gin and Moore Park Beach, an evening of kirtan (group chanting), a one-off Kundalini kriya yoga class at Illuminate Studios, and Part 2 of the Art of Healing workshop in Gin Gin.

A big thank you to Nature’s Emporium and Illuminate Studios for providing a beautiful atmosphere where we could offer our spiritual programs to others. We hope you enjoy the memories we captured in these images

Shailendra has now returned to India to continue offering his yogic wisdom to seekers who travel to his home at the Vedic Yoga Centre in Rishikesh.

If you would like to immerse yourself in a genuine yogic environment in Rishikesh, come and experience Shailendra’s wisdom in the spiritually-charged atmosphere of the world home of yoga. We will be offering a 14-night retreat in February/March 2026 at the Vedic Yoga Centre in Rishikesh, India. We celebrated Week 3 with classes at Gin Gin and Moore Park Beach, kirtan (group chanting), and Part 2 of the Art of Healing workshop, which was held in Moore Park Beach at the Vedic Yoga Centre Australia.

A big thank you again to Nature’s Emporium for providing a beautiful atmosphere where we could hold our group chanting.

To avoid missing out on our last few programs, please book your place as soon as possible if you wish to participate, as you will need to wait another year before Shailendra returns.

We celebrated Week 2 with classes at Gin Gin and Moore Park Beach, kirtan (group chanting), a Sacred Healing Fire Meditation, and Part 1 of the Art of Healing workshop in Gin Gin.
