Empower individuals to lead their best lives by enhancing their capabilities. Fostering a community where support meets aspirations! John has been a professional Social Worker for 30 years and has significant experience in health and welfare-related fields with both Federal and State Government services and agencies. Over the last 14 years, John has worked in the Department of Human Services (Centrelink) across various communities on the Mid North Coast as well as in remote Indigenous communities in the Northern Territory. Paula has a history of working in small business and most recently working with FACS (Family and Community Services/Community Housing), where she performed a number of roles supporting vulnerable people with their housing needs. We recognise there is a need within our local communities for tailored support packages for people with a range of disabilities. We acknowledge and appreciate that every individual has a unique circumstance, challenges and requirements and we are committed to ensuring we continue to provide personalised and appropriate support.

Meet Lexi!

Lexi has lived in the area her whole life and brings a spark of energy and fun wherever she goes. After working in hospitality at the local bakery and café, she’s finally pursuing her dream of becoming a disability support worker — now that she has her licence! 💛

Lexi loves meeting new people, having a laugh, and making every interaction enjoyable. She’s also a busy bee outside of work, playing football and netball, dancing in Physical Culture, and celebrating a recent contract with Platinum Management — a milestone she’s incredibly proud of. 🌟

We’re thrilled to have Lexi on the Coralville Care team and can’t wait to see the positive impact she’ll make in the lives of our clients. 💙

Go Huddi! 🙌🔥

The All Abilities Futsal in Port on Thursday afternoons is honestly one of the best things going around. It’s pure fun, joy and inclusion all wrapped into one.

We now have three of our teenagers heading along each week — and our amazing support worker Dee doesn’t just stand on the sidelines… she gets right out there and plays with them! 🥰⚽️

And last night?
Huddi was the STAR of the show! 🌟👏
The smiles, the teamwork, the confidence — everything we love to see.

Happiness, fun, exercise, friendships…
Absolutely nothing wrong with that 💛✨

Meet Our Team: Jade
Virtual Assistant | Coralville Care

All the way from the Philippines 🇵🇭, Jade brings warmth, heart, and a touch of pink to everything she does. Since 2014, she’s been supporting NDIS providers across Australia with admin, social media, and day-to-day operations — helping businesses grow while staying close to family. 💻✨

What makes Jade’s work so special is her genuine care for people. She loves meeting amazing clients, seeing their businesses thrive, and creating balance between meaningful work and family life — the best of both worlds. 🌸

When she’s not working, you’ll often find Jade:
🎵 Singing with her church choir (music is her therapy!)
💕 Surrounding herself with all things pink
💬 Chatting, laughing, and brainstorming ideas with her team

Her energy and kindness shine through in everything she does — we’re so lucky to have Jade as part of our Coralville Care family. 💗

🌸 Welcome to the Coralville Care Team, Colleen! 🌸

We’re so excited to introduce Colleen Race, who brings with her a wealth of experience and a big heart for helping others 💛

Colleen has called our local area home since she was just 12 years old. After spending 15 years working in education, supporting children of all abilities, she made the move into disability support work 3 years ago — and hasn’t looked back since!

What Colleen loves most about her role is helping people achieve their goals, push their boundaries, and become the most amazing version of themselves 🌟

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys getting creative with arts and crafts, exploring the great outdoors, camping, travelling, and connecting with people in our wonderful community.

Please join us in giving Colleen a huge Coralville Care welcome — we’re so lucky to have you on the team! 🙌
