Yummy/Healthy Breakfast ideas

Overnight Chia Pot
2 cups milk (I use almond milk) any alternative is fine.
1/2 cup Chia seeds
1/2 ts ground cinnamon
1/2 ts Vanilla Essence
Mix together in a bowl then share between 2 glasses, chill overnight.

Serve in the morning with blueberries and almonds. Alternate fruit, strawberries are yum, you could also try coyo or yogurt. ENJOY 🙂🙂

In addition to our customary thorough cleaning practices, we are taking the following measures.


We have proactively increased the frequency and intensity of our cleaning, focusing on all gym equipment and weights

We are in constant touch with local health authorities and will continue to respond to new developments accordingly.

We will continue to monitor any changes in guidelines issued by the local public health authorities. In the meantime, we are open for business and as always, are here to support you.

WE'RE FOR SALE

Our unique boutique gym in Croydon is in need of a new owner(s). We love our gym and all our amazing members, however running two businesses with a young family is challenging, we cannot give it the time it requires and deserves.
We would love to hand it over to someone who will love and enjoy it the way we have.
