✨ Trying to book online with a voucher? We get asked this a lot, so here’s how it works 👇
Our online booking system doesn’t accept voucher numbers as a booking fee — but don’t worry, you’ve got two easy options:
Option 1:
Book online as usual and pay the 25% booking fee. When you come in and use your voucher, that booking fee will be refunded back to you at your appointment.
Option 2:
Give the salon a call and we’ll book you in over the phone. We can take your voucher number as the booking fee instead.
🚨 Just a quick reminder: We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. If this notice isn’t given, the booking fee (or voucher) is forfeited.
