Breathe slowly.
Return to the present moment.
And let your heart soften again. 🌸

The Buddha taught that inner peace begins the moment we stop fighting the mind and start observing it with compassion.

Not every thought deserves your energy.
Not every fear is truth.
Not every emotion needs to be carried forever.

Sometimes healing begins with something very simple:
a slower breath,
a quieter moment,
a softer heart.
