Just popping in to remind you...

✨ You don’t need to do it all this Christmas. ✨
You don’t need to make everything from scratch. You don’t need to attend every event. You don’t need to run yourself into the ground trying to “make it magical” for everyone else.

You’re allowed to rest.
You’re allowed to say no.
You’re allowed to enjoy the season in your way.

Less pressure. More presence.

When the End of 2025 Feels Like a lot… you’re not alone.

So many of the women I work with have said the same thing:
“If I hadn’t shifted the way I eat, move, and care for myself, I’d be totally overwhelmed right now - probably hiding in the pantry with a block of chocolate and a glass of wine.”

And honestly? I get it.

We can’t always change the circumstances - aging parents, work stress, busy family life, our own health challenges (or watching someone we love go through theirs). Oh, and menopause. Let’s not forget that curveball.

But we can support our bodies through it all.

When you’ve got steady energy, a calm nervous system, and clarity of mind - it changes everything. You can handle the load. And still feel like you.

My top tips

1. Prioritise sleep
2. Minimise alcohol and sugar
3. Keep excercising
4. Eat real food
5. Take your My Alai and Omegas to keep your body fueled up with energy

Let this be your reminder: you're not meant to push through it all. The better you take care of yourself, the better you’ll feel under pressure. And you’re not alone in wanting more for yourself in 2026.

Mangoes, avocado, rocket and lemon - truly a little Christmas magic in a bowl. ✨

With the warm weather sticking around and mangoes still in season, I wanted to share my all-time favourite summer salad… and the one my son Hamish requests every Christmas Day! 🎅🏼🥭

It’s the perfect side for prawns or fish, and it always disappears first at a BBQ.
A little reminder: mangoes are high in fructose and glucose, so enjoy mindfully. When you have this salad, it counts as your carbs for the meal - best not to double up so your blood sugars stay balanced.

And for my Bio-Alai Protocol family - this one’s not for you unless your Personalised Nutrition Plan includes avocado. If so, simply swap the mango for ripe nectarines (a lower-sugar, protocol-friendly choice).

Ingredients:
✅ 1 large mango, cut into 1.5cm pieces
✅ 1 large ripe avocado, cut into 1.5cm pieces
✅ 250g rocket
✅ 4 spring onions, finely sliced
✅ 1/4 cup coriander (or parsley), chopped
✅ 1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
✅ 1/4 tsp ground pepper
