✨ A powerful day of connection, insight, and direction ✨

Today we held our 2026 Strategy & Team Building Day — a meaningful milestone for our team, and our first dedicated team day since Thryve began.

We started the day with an equine-assisted experience in partnership with Horses Helping Heal, which grounded us and helped us reconnect with ourselves and each other. From there, we returned to the office feeling calm, focused, and ready to step into our planning with clarity and shared purpose.

Working alongside the horses brought communication, trust, boundaries, and leadership into clear focus, creating meaningful moments of insight for the whole team.

Our office session was beautifully facilitated by Tarryn Hasson, School Chaplain at Redcliffe State High School, who helped create a safe space for honest reflection and connection.

We’re proud to offer equine-assisted team building for individuals and groups.

A Gentle Reminder for the Start of the Year

A new year often brings fresh intention — and sometimes quiet pressure to do more or be more.

Emotional wellbeing doesn’t grow through urgency. It grows through small, steady choices that support calm, balance, and care.

That might look like:
• pausing to notice how you’re really travelling
• keeping simple daily rhythms that support rest and energy
• using grounding tools when stress builds
• setting boundaries that protect your capacity
• staying connected with people who feel safe and supportive

Progress doesn’t need to be dramatic to be meaningful. Small steps matter.

This year doesn’t have to be about doing more.
It can be about choosing what supports you — one steady step at a time.

Stepping into 2026 with gratitude

As we move into the new year, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to all our clients — without you, Thryve wouldn’t exist. Thank you for trusting us, showing up, and allowing us to walk alongside you.

This year, we were privileged to support a range of organisations and community groups, including:

- Redcliffe Chaplaincy, Narangba Valley State School Chaplaincy, Eats 4 The Streets, Emerge Youth Group, and Caboolture Parkinson’s Support Group

- Supporting new mums through Bump bub and beyond au and Intuitive Mummas

We also supported two counselling students as they grew in confidence and skill, welcomed Amanda as a volunteer, and Cheyne joined our team.

Our continued partnerships with Horses Helping Heal, Populi, and Lighter Blues Psychology, along with our EAP offering, allowed us to extend care beyond the therapy room and into the wider community.

A huge thank you to our existing team — for your heart, professionalism, and steady presence.

We’re so grateful for everyone who contributes to Thryve. Here’s to stepping into 2026 together!
