Remedial Massage Therapy Massage Therapy puts your body in a state of relaxation, which allows your muscles to relax.

This is achieved through manipulation of soft body tissues, light and soothing touch, or more substantial deep pressure techniques. This improves the body ‘s physical health and overall well-being. Massage Therapy increases nutrient supply to the muscles, helps loosen muscles to increase flexibility and/or range of movement, relieves body aches and also symptoms from every day stresses. If you are experiencing any muscle discomfort, tenderness or tightness, (to best suit you and maximize results), your therapist will begin your appointment with an assessment through checking your flexibility and range of movement, to find any problem areas.

Turning the page….

With the most recent curve balls that have been thrown my way, it is with great sadness that I announce Body to Balance Massage is officially closing its doors effective immediately. I have had time to reflect and reassess. This has lead me to my decision to take on a new role and opportunity to create flexibility for my family.

For those of you that have valid Gift Certificates, I urge you to please contact me so that I can arrange a time to fulfill these.

For all bookings that were made in future, these will now be automatically cancelled and removed.

I have thought hard about where to refer my clients, and to be honest I would highly recommend doing a search or asking a friend or family member, as I feel word of mouth is always the best way. I always like to check if they are qualified and are a registered provider. This is usually a good starting point.

It’s hard to believe I’m even writing this, and those who know me, will know how hard this truly is to be making this post, but I know this is what’s right for my family moving forward. I guess we will see what the next chapter will bring.

I have provided my massage services for just under 8 years within the community and it’s been an amazing journey to say the least. I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for trusting me and allowing my space to be apart of your treatment journey. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you and I want to wish you all the very best.

Well that’s not exactly how I imagined the end of the school holidays happening 😭😭😭😭 Let’s just say I won’t be visiting a trampoline park anytime soon.

Unfortunately, this means that I will be out of action for at least 6 weeks, as we all know family must come first. And this little babe needs me. Lord give me the strength to get through the next couple of months! 😭😭😭

I’ll be in touch once I have got more info from the specialists.

I’m lucky to have a wonderful mum and her life partner who fills both roles, an amazing husband who’s the best daddy to our girls & a great father in law in whom I look up to and admire 🩵🩵

To my dear clients,

First off would like to thank everybody for supporting my small business and for always riding the waves that life brings.

After much consideration and the back and forth in my brain, I have decided that in order to bring back some balance within my work & family life, I will be reducing my hours.

As many of you know, I am a mother of 4 children and running a household + 2 businesses have somewhat taken its toll mentally & physically. So with Nathan due to have his 3rd back operation in Oct, I am prepping myself in advance so that I can be present & able to be the best version of me for not only my family, but also as your therapist.

My new operating hours will be Mon-Thur 9am to 2pm. This will be effective from close of business Thursday 17th August 2023. Any bookings outside of the new schedule after this date will be removed.

I understand that these changes may not be suitable for all of my clients & for that I apologise.

I appreciate your understanding in this matter & hope to continue seeing you in the studio.

If for any reason you cannot make appts within my new scheduled times, I would like to express my absolute gratitude for supporting my business in any which way & wish you all the health and happiness 🩵

Well, we’ve hit that half way mark! How?? Time is certainly getting away from us 😅

As many of you know, we are taking time off for various things in this last half of the year. I thought I’d give you a heads up so that you can plan ahead and book your sessions! I do recommend jumping online and pre booking to avoid disappointment 🩵
