Reiki Healing for animals works in exactly the same way it does for humans. The Wild Healer is a great facilitator for helping owners to understand what problems their animals are dealing with and why they are behaving a certain way. Typically a Reiki treatment for an animal takes less time as they are very open to the healing process. Another reason healing times can vary with animals is due to their size. The Golden Pathway: Walking Forward by Feel, Not Certainty

There are moments in life when the way forward is not marked with signs or milestones but instead with something far more delicate: a feeling.
Not a loud, booming instruction.
Not a fully mapped plan.
Just a soft, unmistakable sense of alignment.

It is a bit like the golden pathway of light that shimmers across the surface of the ocean at sunset. You cannot touch it. You cannot hold it. You cannot scoop it into your hands and examine it for proof.
But you can face it, and when you do, you can feel its guidance.

That is the strange magic of it. The things most meant for us rarely arrive as concrete certainties. They arrive as warmth. Recognition. A quiet inner pull that says this way.

Every chapter you have lived, even the hard ones and even the ones you wish you could rewrite, has left you with compass points tucked beneath your ribs.
Your past does not just tell you where to go.
It tells you where not to go.

The people who drained you, the situations that made you apologise for existing, the moments that silenced your voice, all served as lighthouses in reverse. Not to illuminate your path forward but to show you the cliffs to avoid. They taught you what misalignment feels like. They taught you the shapes of your own boundaries. They taught you how your soul reacts when something is wrong, off, or too small for you.

And because of that, you now recognise the difference.
You can feel when something expands you instead of shrinks you.
You can sense when life opens rather than closes.
You can tell when you are being guided rather than pushed.

There is an old saying, gentle in its simplicity:
“Turn to face the sun and your shadows fall behind you.”

It does not mean the shadows disappear. They are still part of the story.
But they no longer lead.

When you choose to orient yourself toward what feels warm, true, peaceful and aligned, the fear, the doubt, the memories that once tangled your steps shift. They loosen their grip. They become part of the landscape rather than the path.

And that is the beauty of walking a road guided only by a feeling.
You do not need certainty.
You do not need guarantees.
You only need to keep facing the light, whatever “light” means for you right now: stability, peace, hope, love, self-worth, expansion, truth.

Maybe you do not know where the next few months lead.
Maybe the horizon is hazy.
Maybe the map has not revealed itself yet.

But you have stood on enough shorelines now to know this:

Some pathways are not meant to be seen with the eyes.
They are meant to be felt.

The golden shimmer across the water is not a destination.

Sorry to burst your bubble… 🫧

When I was little, I used to look at my grandma and feel terrified that I would end up alone like her. She used to inspire and teach me about the world, its countries and different cultures. I felt a profound sense of obligation to go and explore it for her. So, naturally I solo travelled and ended up living on the other side of the world and now call the Sunny Coast and Morton Bay Region home.

I was always a lover girl, I thought I was destined to meet my person and live a long and deeply connected life. The reality however, is very different. The one who caught my heart took his own life and instead, I wound up in a deeply abusive relationship that has left me unrecognisable to even myself.

I intensely miss the girl I used to be, the one who looked at the world so full of hope and wonder. Many of my clients are all in the same ‘crisis vs chrysalis’ phase in life, where they are ready to let go of the life they have been living and step into the new version of themselves. The thing is though, we don’t know what she looks like yet and the road ahead isn’t clear.

The collective energy is beckoning the feminine to come back to a place of self nurture. The village needs to reconnect and rebuild. Women no longer need men to survive or be fulfilled. In fact, quite the opposite is occurring. Women are discovering that life is so much more enjoyable and peaceful when you are in your own space and energy. Even raising children alone is easier.

Most of the women I am inspired by never settled or had children. They are trailblazers, living a life of exploration and freedom. Some are surfers, travel bloggers, animal activists, journalists and artists. Just living life to its fullest and drinking in every beauty the world has to offer.

So my loves, the bubble we are bursting in society, is that life alone without the proverbial ‘soulmate’, is actually something we’ve wrongfully condoned. Maybe the wild and untamed ones or the village crazy ladies have had it right all along, cuz Disney sure fu***ng didn’t.

2025, the Year of the Snake, has been a deep cycle of transformation.

Like the Snake shedding its skin, this year has asked us to release what’s outgrown its purpose, outdated principles, rigid identities, worn-out ideologies, and even relationships or versions of ourselves that no longer align with our truth.

The Snake’s energy is sacred and deliberate. It moves quietly through the underworld of our subconscious, urging us to shed layer after layer until we meet our most authentic self. It’s not a time for expansion but for refinement. We’ve been clearing old stories, dissolving attachments, and unbinding ourselves from patterns that once kept us safe but now keep us small.
