Hello, and welcome to 2022! We have reopened this morning, and once again this year Covid continues to interrupt our lives. We want to try to ensure our clients can continue to receive the services they need during these uncertain, and ever changing times.
During this current Covid outbreak, as the numbers continue to increase, telehealth will be our preferred appointment option. Telehealth can be offered either over the phone or via Zoom video call. Telehealth appointments will require over the phone payment on the day of the appointment. For those clients who access a Medicare rebate, unfortunately we cannot process Medicare rebates over the phone, however, we can email your invoice for you to claim the rebate online or using the Medicare app.
If you cannot do a telehealth appointment you may be able to have your session in person if the psychologist is available for face to face appointments. However, face to face clients will be required to wear a mask in the waiting room and for the duration of their appointment. You will also be required to sign our covid risk consent form.
