Let's warm up and move our bodies in this month of winter.
Kids will explore the joy of movement through yoga and energetic Zumba! Balancing, stretching, and shaking it out! They will have a blast. Combining the focus of yoga with the fun of Zumba for a healthy and happy time.

When: Saturday 12th July.
Where: Caboolture Memorial Hall (next to the library)
Price: $35 per child - Bring a friend or sibling only for $25

There was so much interest in kids zumba and yoga class that we decided to do another one on Saturday 12th July. Only 10 spots available, so if you missed the last one , be sure to get in and book this one.

Wow, we enjoyed our zumba and yoga class yesterday. We were to busy having fun and I didn't get many photos. But did get a few when we did some yoga. We enjoyed going round the world. We learnt new skills, played games, built confidence. It was lovely to see. Thank you for joining me.

One of our recent camps 90min, theme nature.
We ended with using our inspiration from yoga poses into our craft.
We did beach breath which was so lovely and calming, we were strong like a tree, butterflies, snakes, elephants, frog, creek, mountains and many other poses.
