What is the difference?
Rose quartz stays cool whereas jade is adaptive in nature and tends to warm with skin contact. Rose quartz is better known for its wrinkle-reducing benefits. Because jade is a soft stone and can encounter wear and tear with repeated use, a rose quartz roller may last you longer.

Benefits:

The Gua Sha tool helps provide a gentle lift to the face, is a massage technique designed to relieve tension in the muscles of the face, boost blood circulation, and encourage lymphatic drainage to banish bloat. It helps break up fascia, the connective tissue that hugs muscles but can sometimes interfere with optimal circulation

How to use:
Make sure you use an oil with your gua sha tools, too. You can use any kind of oil. My favorite is a rosehip oil.
If you follow the below guides you can get a great result and glowing skin in no time:
* Start with a clean face and prep skin with a facial oil or serum.
* Keep the tool flat against the face and begin with the forehead. Scrape in an upwards motion from the eyebrows to the hairline.
* Move to the cheeks and scrape in an outwards motion starting from the crease of the nose until the ear.
* Move to the jawline and use the end of the Gua Sha tool with the two curves. Start from the chin and scrape until the ear. Gently massage the Gua Sha tool into the ear to release tension.
* For the under-eye area, very gently scrape the Gua Sha from the inner corner of the eye outwards to the temple. Because the area is so sensitive, it is important to only apply light pressure.

The Rose Jade Roller and Gua Sha set can help with many skin conditions including deep lines and wrinkles, sagging skin, rosacea, acne, acne scars, pigmentation, dark circles, puffiness.
