🌸Farewell Kylie🌸

Dear Members,

It’s with mixed emotions that we share some news — Kylie has decided to step away from her role as our Club 2IC at Fernwood Mordialloc.

Kylie has been with us since the very beginning, alongside Kim, and as our first Club 2IC she played a huge part in shaping Fernwood Mordialloc into the warm, welcoming, family-like community it is today🌺

Her passion, dedication and smiling face have left an incredible mark on the club and all of us who’ve had the privilege to know her🥹

The wonderful news is that Kylie won’t be going far — she’ll remain part of our Fernwood family as a member. So you may still see her around!😀

To celebrate Kylie and everything she’s given to Fernwood Mordialloc, we’ll be hosting a special farewell morning tea Next Monday 15th September at 10am at our studio💗

We would love as many of you as possible to join us in thanking her and wishing her well in this next chapter.

Here are 5 simple nutrition habits that boost your energy, mood, strength and recovery. 🌿

Save this post and come back to it whenever you need a reminder to nourish your body well.


1️⃣ Don’t skip meals, fuel to feel good
Skipping meals can mess with your energy, mood and muscle recovery. Feed your body what it needs, not what diet culture says.

2️⃣ Protein is your bestie
Helps build lean muscle, keeps you full, and supports recovery. Add some to every meal. Think eggs, salmon, tofu, or legumes.

3️⃣ Hydration isn’t optional
Fatigue? Headaches? Cravings? Often, it’s just dehydration. Sip water all day. Herbal teas count too.

4️⃣ Whole foods > quick fixes
Nourish with real, colourful food! Your body knows what to do with it. Smoothies, stir-fries, bowls - keep it simple, not stressful.

5️⃣ Ditch perfection, stay consistent
You don’t need to eat ‘perfectly’. Aim for balance most of the time and enjoy the treat without the guilt.

Spring is nearly here, and just like the season, it’s your reminder to grow, recharge and feel good 🌸

Remember that exercise is about so much more than aesthetics. Movement should give you energy. Food should nourish, not punish. And strength, health and self-kindness will always outlast any short-term trend.

So, this season, focus on how you feel, not just how you look. Choose strong. Choose energised. Choose you 💕
