Join us for a warm and nurturing evening at Bonnells Bay Youth and Community Centre, nestled by the peaceful Lake Macquarie. Our Friday evening Sound Journey sessions are open to everyone aged 12 and above, offering a gentle path to a zen mindset and a delightful weekend.

🌿 Who can benefit from a Sound Journey? – Everyone! 🙏🏼😊

Our sessions are thoughtfully designed for children, teens, and adults who wish to experience sound healing and find relief from stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, sleep difficulties, grief, and more.

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of Shamanic drums, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and more for deep relaxation. Our guided meditations use ancient techniques to foster mental clarity and emotional balance.

Date: Starting Friday 6th March | then weekly on Friday nights
Session Time: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in to start on time.

We are so grateful to have held space for eight incredible women yesterday during a powerful Shamanic Breath session.
