Since a child I have always been an intuitive, deep thinker, feeler & dreamer. Pondering on the unknown, the unseen, why we are here, the meaning of life, thinking outside the box & mainstream.

My eyes really opened when I began my studies of Natural Medicine, bodywork and later energy healing. I remember the day I walked outside after my Reiki course and I was riveted by the glowing colours and aura’s I could see around the trees, nature & people. It was like a veil had been lifted off my eye sight and I could now see the life force energy I had previously only felt.

During the crazy time of lockdowns in Melb, I decided to throw myself into deepening my spiritual awareness and self care. I started meditating daily and signed up for spiritual courses such as Access Bars to take my energy vibration and healing abilities to the next level. And it has certainly been amazing!!

My mind is not the same anymore - I don’t have those negative thought cycles like I used to ... I feel so much happier and free for no reason at all!

It’s quite astounding to reflect on actually because it’s been a gradual process and it’s only when you stop to reflect that you realise - wow I’m so different now!

So friends I share my story with you because everyone can do this and everyone deserves to feel free and happy within themselves.

This is my gift I hope to share with you at my 1:1 treatments and upcoming Abundance Retreats starting October 17th 🦋

WOOOHOOO I made it to my last day of my 3 day water fast! And I feel absolutely Incredible!! 🙌🏻🔥💪🏼

Nothing but pure filtered water ( and plenty of it!! )

My aches and pains have lifted
My head feels so much lighter and clearer
I feel inspirational ideas flowing
I feel like I have my spring in my step back 🌸🧚🏻‍♀️

I am going to continue eating light and healthy / lots of fresh juices, good quality collagen stock, soups, gluten free recipes

I am inspired to start weight training with local mums and get my bones and muscles strong and healthy

It’s been a beautiful and presence filled journey — and I thank you for coming along with me 💓💓💓
