There's a lot that goes into your pregnancy weight gain, and so long as you're healthy, it's best not to worry about it!

🤷⚖️ On delivery day, your weight gain break down might look something like this:

Baby: 7.5 lbs
Uterus: 2lbs
Placenta: 1.5lbs
Amniotic fluid: 2lbs
Breasts: 2lbs
Extra blood + fluid: 8lbs
Extra fat reserves: 7lbs

Note: One pound is approximately equal to 0.45359237 kilograms (kg).
