From meeting and feeding the animals to exploring the farm and enjoying the fresh air, Nathan had a fantastic day full of smiles, laughter, and new experiences 🐐🐓😊

Community outings like these are such a wonderful opportunity to build confidence, social skills, and create meaningful memories 💜

🌿💛 A Lovely Day at The Briars 💛🌿

Today, Joanne enjoyed a wonderful outing to The Briars Historic Park 🌳

It was a beautiful experience exploring the peaceful surroundings, enjoying the fresh air, and taking in the natural wildlife and scenery. Joanne spent time walking through the grounds, relaxing, and engaging in the calm, supportive environment that The Briars is so well known for.

Outings like this are a great way to support wellbeing, connection, and enjoyment in the community 🌼

🚐🍽️ Out & About at Café La Wheels! 🍽️🚐

Today we enjoyed a fun community outing to Café La Wheels! Everyone had a great time choosing their favourite meals and enjoying a food experience together 😄

There were plenty of laughs, great conversations, and happy faces as we sat together and soaked up the atmosphere. These outings are a wonderful way to build independence, social connection, and confidence while enjoying something delicious! 💛

🐄🌿 Farm Day Fun! 🌿🐄

What a fantastic day out visiting Caldermeade Farm! Everyone enjoyed getting up close with the animals, taking in the fresh country air, and experiencing a real working farm.

From meeting the calves to exploring the grounds, there were smiles all around 😊 It was a great opportunity to connect with nature, learn something new, and enjoy a relaxed day together.

Days like this are what it’s all about—building confidence, creating memories, and having fun in the community 💛

Cheryl has been hard at work on an ongoing art and woodwork project – creating a wooden box in Collingwood colours 🖤🤍

This project has been a great way for Cheryl to combine creativity with hands-on skills, building her confidence while working through each stage of the process. From planning and painting to refining the final details, it’s been fantastic to see her dedication and pride in her work.

We can’t wait to see the finished piece – it’s already looking amazing!

Kerry has been enjoying spending time completing puzzles 🧩

Puzzles are a great activity that support a range of skills, including improving concentration, problem-solving, memory, and patience. They also provide a calming and relaxing experience, helping to reduce stress while building confidence as each piece comes together.

It’s been wonderful to see Kerry so engaged and focused, working through each puzzle and celebrating her achievements along the way.

In the lead-up to ANZAC Day, we’ve been getting creative with a special arts and crafts project – making pipe cleaner poppies ❤️

This activity has been a wonderful way to reflect, create, and engage in meaningful conversations about the importance of ANZAC Day. Through crafting, participants are building fine motor skills, creativity, and focus, while also connecting with the significance of the poppy as a symbol of remembrance.

It’s been fantastic to see everyone’s unique creations come together – each poppy made with care and respect.
