Busy times in and out of studio lately. Co facilitated workshops for Carer Kafe - Kinship, Permanent & Foster Care Education with Arts Therapy Studio in lovely Torquay. Next carer retreat in Fingal in May. Groups in studio going strong & a few school holiday groups coming up! Grateful for it all 🌿

Arts Therapy Teen & Adult Groups – Mornington

Small, supportive groups offering a safe space to connect with others and explore a variety of creative arts processes. Facilitated by two qualified Arts Therapists, these groups support self-expression, confidence, reflection and emotional wellbeing.

Young Teens (11–13 years)
Monday fortnightly | 4.30–5.30pm

Teens (13-19 years)
Thursday fortnightly | 4.30–6.00pm

Adult
Tuesday weekly |10.30am-12.30pm

(Our current teen group includes mid to older teens. Please get in contact to discuss which group may be the best fit)

Hi friends,It’s been a while!
Time to share a little of our group return in 2025 earlier in the week. A perfect day, the suns’ gentle warmth, a refreshing breeze floating by, creating & connecting outdoors with & in nature. Our focus on what the new year may weave in/mean/bring for each of us. A type of Nature Vision Board if you like!?😀🌿 Creations displayed & blending naturally into our studio garden.
Adult ‘Arts for Wellbeing ’ groups are up and running, held Tues & Thursday mornings. Contact for details. All Welcome.

Kids sensory art group on Thursday was lots of fun! making slime , experimenting with colour & textures.. the foam messy play was also a hit! Therapeutic, sensory, connecting new friends in a safe familiar environment.
