Hi, I’m Andrew – a carpenter and a heat and cold exposure enthusiast. My journey into heat and cold exposure began years ago when I was competing in road cycling. After sessions on the bike, I’d jump into the pool to aid my recovery. It was also during this time, while travelling through Europe in my 20s, that I first embraced saunas. In my late 30s, after a period of inactivity, poor lifestyle ha
bits, and mounting stress, I realised something needed to change. I began training again, improving my diet, and taking a more holistic approach to health and wellness. As I delved deeper, I started listening to podcasts and learning about life hacks, including the incredible benefits of ice baths and saunas. Inspired by what I was discovering, I built a sauna in our backyard and added a chest freezer to complete the set. These practices, along with a commitment to a healthier lifestyle, have brought profound changes to my health and well-being. Saunas and ice baths have become a cornerstone of our family routine, providing a space for connection without distraction, where we can unwind and engage with each other. This shared experience has brought us closer together , creating a special place that we also love to share with friends and family. I was amazed by the transformation in my life and want to make this experience accessible to everyone.
