🧴 What Happens During a Massage? (Step-by-Step)

🌀 1. Arrival & Consultation

You’ll arrive at the spa and be welcomed warmly.
📋 A short form or chat helps the therapist understand your needs, areas of tension, allergies, or preferences (pressure, oils, etc).


👚 2. Changing & Preparation

You’ll be shown to a private room to undress (to your comfort level) and lie under a towel or sheet.


🌸 3. Beginning the Massage

The therapist will knock before entering. They’ll start with gentle strokes to help you relax, then move into targeted techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, etc.) based on your needs.


🌿 4. During the Massage

Soft music, aromatherapy, and warm oils are used. You can speak up anytime — about pressure, pain, or comfort.


🍵 5. Finishing Up

Once done, the therapist will leave the room so you can dress. Afterward, you’ll be offered water or tea to rehydrate.


💡 Extra Advice:
• Don’t eat heavily beforehand.
• Stay hydrated after the massage.
