Rahcon Pty Ltd is a boutique building and construction firm offering personalised service from a tightly knit team of professionals. We have successfully completed a variety of projects since our inception in 2003. Whilst specialising in Medical, Dentistry and office fit outs, Rahcon can offer other services such as single dwellings, renovations, multi-unit developments, and low-rise commercial projects. At Rahcon we are mindful of the number of projects that we undertake ensuring that our resources are never overloaded and enables us to maintain the highest possible level of service. As a result, clients have regular access to the Managing Director, Ben Rahilly, who has an active role in all aspects of the construction process. This level of service is also maintained post construction in order to guarantee the ongoing satisfaction of our clients. The construction market is heavily dependent upon word of mouth referrals, and the phrase “you are only as good as your last project” definitely rings true. Accordingly, we strive to maintain the highest standards for every project that we undertake. Our successful history of projects has led to the establishment of close working relationships with our clients and an extensive network of reliable and highly skilled specialist tradesmen. ROBINSONS PROJECT
Our clients had a clear vision right from the get go. The interiors had to include recycled bricks, black textural finishes, herringbone flooring with a rustic farmhouse style. Our concept renders for the design show some slight changes along the process but always remained true to the brief.
