A little reminder that Instagram is angles, lighting and highlight reels.
Not just with bodies… with life too.

Social media is full of posing and “picture perfect” moments but that’s not real life.
You never truly know what someone is going through behind their Instagram… and this is a perfect example of how different reality can look in seconds.

Your life isn’t meant to be perfect 24/7 either.
Too many expectations and too many comparisons…

Too many young girls are growing up thinking this is normal, when really it’s a warped version of reality.

Your body isn’t meant to be perfect, it’s meant to be strong, healthy and lived in ..and life is filled with ups and downs 🤍
