Muscle is not just for aesthetics, it’s actually the largest organ in the human body, it’s your strength, your resilience, and your protection.
I’ve sadly torn my ACL , and while it’s shaken me, it’s also reminded me why I train the way I do. The muscle I’ve built, the consistency I’ve shown, the protein I’ve prioritised. It all matters more now than ever.
Muscle isn’t just about looking strong, it’s about being strong when life throws you a curveball.
Recovery won’t be easy. There will be hard days but I will move where I can, stay accountable, and share this chapter as best I can.
Hopefully, by sharing this, I can motivate others too, as my job is to practice what I preach. One setback doesn’t mean you give up, it should drive you to come back even stronger.
Setbacks happen but strength is built for moments just like this , I’m totally fine 🥲🫣
