Uniting AgeWell is a not-for-profit provider of aged care services across Victoria & Tasmania. At Uniting AgeWell we believe everyone has the right to age well and positively, wherever they are on life's journey. We provide residential aged care, independent living units and community support services to help people remain living in their own home. Uniting AgeWell is an organisation of the Uniting Church in Australia.
