Are you a new or expecting mum looking to connect with others in your area?

Join us for a FREE 6-week program designed to support you in a relaxed, welcoming space. Led by Rachel, a mum and experienced facilitator, we’ll explore self-care, local support, and the joys & challenges of motherhood. Babies & children up to 4 welcome

Community Yoga – 2 Week Program – All levels welcome! Starts Thursday 24th July

Join Wendy Van Dort, experienced yoga teacher & remedial massage therapist, for gentle Hatha-style yoga tailored to your needs. Based in the Krishnamacharya tradition, Wendy’s classes are grounding, empowering, and accessible to everyone.
🌿 Suitable for all adults
🧺 Bring: water, warm jacket/blanket & pillow

So honoured and appreciative to be involved with Orwil Street Community House Inc.

We have supervised 10 students over the past two years! Each student contributing their own strengths and passion! We have achieved so many meaningful outcomes for participants of the house. And finding a way to do this that enables those often not supported by other funding streams get support! So proud of what we have all done.

A huge shoutout to Monash University for the amazing partnership over the past two years!

We’ve had the pleasure of hosting 10 incredible Occupational Therapy students, who have brought their skills, knowledge, and compassion to our community at Orwil Street. Through a variety of OT strategies, assessments, and creative wellbeing workshops, these students have made a meaningful impact on mental health and community connection.

Most recently, Anjali and Cheryl have spent the past 7 weeks working one-on-one with community members, offering thoughtful support and inspiring personal growth. Thank you both, and every student who’s come through for everything you’ve taught us about the power of Occupational Therapy!

We’re so proud of this partnership and can’t wait to continue working with Monash Uni on future placements and projects in the second half of the year.
