Feel it to heal it 🦋

Creating space for us to let things be is so commonly forgotten but so integrally important. How do we truly know what we think or how we feel if we never give it any time for our bodies or minds to speak to us.

For some, like myself, it often feels like a one way conversation. So hard to know how my body feels. But the more space is created for these “chats with self” the easier the conversation gets. The more of a relationship is created.

I prompt those of reading (obviously on their phone) lock the device, close your eyes and Sense the world around and the world within.

Our Story

Floatation therapy is rapidly becoming the “go to” for people who are highly stressed, have chronic pain, adrenal fatigue, sleep disorders, asthma and are in rehabilitation. That was us 4 years ago, until we started floating ourselves. We saw amazing results from our float sessions and so, decided we would open a float centre and here we are, providing the same benefits and relief to others.

Since opening we have discovered a few more treatments that work well with our floats. We have installed a four person Infrared sauna, Deep Trance Light Meditation, NormaTec Leg Recovery System and Remedial and Relaxation massage. come on in Put your Life on Pause for an Hour - or more.
