A simple shoulder release you can do yourself at home.

It takes about 30 seconds and doesn’t require forcing a stretch.

If your shoulders tend to build tension throughout the day, this is a good place to start.

Not every treatment needs force.

Sometimes the most effective approach is gently encouraging a joint to move again, helping the body feel safe with movement and reducing protective tension around the area.

When movement feels safe, muscles let go, joints move more freely, and discomfort often settles without the need for strong techniques.

Treatment is always tailored to you, your symptoms, and what your body needs on the day.

When a lower spinal joint loses movement, the whole system works harder than it should. A focused adjustment can bring that movement back and make everything feel easier.

If you have lower back pain, we can help.

Ankle problems aren’t always about a recent injury.

Ankle stiffness, calf tightness, pain on the top of the foot, or a sense that walking just doesn’t feel easy anymore can all relate to how the ankle joint is moving and loading.

This type of work focuses on:

⭐️reducing ankle stiffness
⭐️decompressing the ankle joint
⭐️easing calf tightness
⭐️improving comfort while walking
⭐️restoring movement after ankle injury

Ankle decompression and foot mobilisation can be useful for people with ongoing ankle pain, restricted movement, or ankles that haven’t felt right since an old sprain or knock.

Treatment is gentle, specific, and based on how the ankle and foot are actually moving, not just where the pain shows up.
