Sally is a highly experienced Remedial Massage Therapist, with 17 years experience working alongside chiropractors, naturopaths, sports clinicians and within luxury day spas.

Sally’s specialty is a holistic fusion of evidence-based remedial therapy and profound relaxation. This approach offers therapeutic care while simultaneously activating your parasympathetic nervous system, initiating your body’s natural rest and recovery process. The result is a treatment that not only alleviates physical pain but also encourages a centred mood and a deeper sense of overall well-being, with healing benefits that extend long after your session is complete.

With Qualifications in Diploma in RMT, Advanced Diploma in Teaching Hatha yoga, Zenthai level one, Reiki level 2, Advanced Certificate Traditional and contemporary Cupping, you are in safe hands with Sally.
